Habitat for Humanity Thailand is a non-profit organization dedicated to eradicating poverty housing and homelessness by constructing simple, decent and affordable houses with low-income families. Habitat for Humanity Thailand welcomes to its work all people dedicated to the cause of eliminating poverty housing. Since its founding in 1998, Habitat for Humanity Thailand has provided 5,000 simple, decent and affordable houses for home needy families and served more than 25,000 people in the 26 provinces of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Uttaradit, Pitsanulok, Kamphaenphet, Petchabun, Phrae, Nakhonratchasima, Udon Thani, Mahasarakham, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Phanom, Phang Nga, Phuket, Ranong, Krabi, Surat Thani, Trang, Nakorn Si Thammarat, Songkhla, Rayong, Chonburi, Samut Prakan, Pathumthani and Bangkok. In the fiscal year of 2010 ? 2011, Habitat for Humanity Thailand plans to build 3,000 houses and expand its work to other provinces.
