Venezuela Earthquake Relief Fund

About

On June 24, two devastating earthquakes, measuring 7.2 and 7.5 in magnitude, struck Venezuela just seconds apart. More than 5,000 people lost their lives, an estimated 1.3 million people now need humanitarian assistance, and the World Bank estimates the disaster caused $19.6 billion in direct physical damage. This fund was created to support trusted organizations providing food, shelter, medical care, and other essential relief to families affected by the earthquakes.

Sunrisas Inc

Sun.Risas is an organization working with trusted local partners and volunteers to deliver essential resources, coordinate relief efforts, and get support to affected people quickly and responsibly. Volunteers are on the ground providing food, shelter, and medical assistance to those affected by the earthquake.

Hogar Bambi

Hogar Bambi is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care of children and young people from 0-18 years old. They are providing shelter and care to children affected by the earthquakes.

Help for Venezuela Foundation

This organization opened a fundraiser to provide resources for those displaced.

World Central Kitchen, Inc.

WCK is providing emergency food relief following the earthquakes, serving meals to displaced families, responders, hospital staff and volunteers.
