Join us in our competition to raise money for PEAK6's Ping Pong & Pillows Annual Broker Charity Event in NYC to support Precious Dreams Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated towards supporting children in the foster care system! External contributions are encouraged and welcome, so if you have someone willing to donate from outside of PEAK6, make sure they put your name as the contributor or in a note so you can get credit towards the competition! Anonymous donations will not be counted towards an individual's contribution, so please put your name or the name of the employee who you would like to credit. The CapMan employee who raises the most money will win a week-long trip to our Austin office with two additional CapMan employees of their choosing (!!) to spend time with Neel, engage with the Zogo team, and eat tacos!

Precious Dreams Foundation

Did you know 50% of the homeless population spent time in the foster care system or that 4.2 million children and young adults experience homelessness in the United States each year?

The Precious Dreams Foundation (PDF) believes that all youth deserve the opportunity to SLEEP WELL, DREAM BIG AND FOLLOW THROUGH no matter their circumstances. Serving youth and young adults in foster care and homeless shelters, the 501(c)3 organization provides comfort and support to help children of all ages dream big despite their circumstances. Since its inception in 2012, the organization has provided comfort bags and programming for more than 17,000. PDF's Comfort Drop program supports youth as they enter temporary housing systems through holistic healing modalities like yoga, breathwork, meditation and journaling. Each child also receives a Comfort Bag full of brand new coping tools to help them self-comfort as they move from home to home. The Humble Dreams Alliance program helps teens and young adults create a plan for success with the help of microgrants, mentors, accountability partners, financial planning, and access to free workshops.
