Extra Life 2025 - Raising Money for the Children's Hospital of Colorado Fund

Since 2014 I have been raising money for the Children's Hospital of Colorado through an annual event known as Extra Life. Extra Life is an organization dedicated to raising money for children's hospitals around the nation through fundraising events. Over that time we have raised over $16,000, all of which have gone directly to the improvement of sick kids' lives. While everyone is encouraged to raise money anyway they want, the primary method most do is through a marathon livestream, where the participants play games! Whether it be video game, card games, table top games or others, people tune in to watch and even join in on the fun. These streams traditionally go for around 24 hours! I used to a 24 hour event every year, until I had a child, and now I can only do 16 or so! Which I will be doing live on November 1st, starting at 7am MST and going until at least midnight (or maybe even 1am). All the while we will having a rotating cast of interesting characters come by, we'll play games that even the audience can join in on, and most importantly, raise money!
